Grateful for our Community

6/14/2020

Thanks to our dedicated volunteers and generous community, the Holly Springs Food Cupboard remains open.

Thank you!

The Cupboard continues to serve an increased number of clients during the COVID-19 pandemic. Last week, we served 61 client families, 27 of which were deliveries to senior citizens. This is possible thanks to you, and we are so grateful for the outpouring of support we continue to receive.
Pictured below are a few of this week’s highlights:

  • A letter from two local children who made and sold bracelets, raising $75, which they donated to the Cupboard.
  • Snow removal equipment donated by Walgreens via the Fire Department.
  • Eagle Scout candidate Mara Schwegel delivering the rest of the masks she crafted for Cupboard clients. Clients receiving the masks are very thankful for them.

Thank you, everyone, for helping others as you are able. We love our community.
