Cupboard Eases Mask Restrictions, Social Distancing Protocols

The Holly Springs Food Cupboard is easing many mask restrictions and social distancing protocols in accordance with Governor Roy Cooper’s Executive Order 215. The Food Cupboard remains committed to keeping clients and volunteers safe by following the latest CDC and NDHHS guidelines.

In response to the governor’s new order, we are excited to make changes to our mask protocols effective immediately:

  • All fully vaccinated individuals are no longer required to wear a mask while on Holly Springs Food Cupboard property. This includes fully vaccinated volunteers and clients inside the building, in the garden areas, and in parking areas.
  • Individuals who are not fully vaccinated are expected to follow mask wearing requirements per NCDHHS guidelines.
    • Garden volunteers who are not fully vaccinated should continue to wear a mask or strictly maintain an appropriate safe distance from others who may be in the garden in accordance with NCDHHS guidelines.
  • Clients and volunteers are welcome to continue wearing a mask if they feel more comfortable doing so.

Thank you for your support throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
